Members of the Arcata CERT Sunnybrae Neighborhood Pod will conduct a walkie-talkie field test starting at noon.  CERT radios will be evaluated for transmission strength and clarity, transmitting between numerous locations throughout Sunnybrae and the Arcata Police Department parking lot.
